This site keeps as little as a site can.

Cookies

One cookie, set on arrival, strictly necessary: it tells the site that a form was sent by the same browser that loaded it, and it limits how often one browser can send. It carries no identity and is not shared. There are no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party scripts, so there is no banner to click.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry, the name, email address, organisation and text you give are stored so that a person can reply, and a copy is emailed to the firm. They are kept for twelve months from the day you sent them and then deleted automatically. They are not added to any list and are not shared with anyone outside the firm.

Backups

The store behind this site is copied nightly, verified, and the copy is encrypted before it leaves the server. Copies are deleted after thirty-five days.
