Who we are

Vardonne is a firm, not a personal brand. It is led by a managing director with a background in programme management and corporate leadership across the UK, the Gulf and southern Africa, and it brings in associates for specific work rather than carrying a payroll.

Associates

Associates are practitioners with their own companies who have delivered the kind of work they are engaged for. Each is vetted before being named on a statement of work: references, a look at delivered work, and a written status determination. The bench is small on purpose.

The group

Vardonne & Associates Ltd sits under Martin Gabriel Holdings Ltd alongside ArcSystemsTechnology, the group's build arm. One group, two fronts: advice and delivery here; systems there.
